dont recall, it was one of those "oh crap, not that message again" moments...

os is 2.2007.50-2, but with rtcomm installed so there could be something related there...

also, note that apt-get had no issues with me installing. so i suspect its a red pill/blue pill issue...

As an fyi, I'm pretty sure that the email button isn't working properly.

It adds the attachment "mailto:numptyphysics"(at)"gmail.com.nph"

The to: field is blank. I'd imagine that you'd want the address to go there.

no - that's working. the osso email interface lets you specify address
or attachment but not both. so i specify attachment but use the address
as the filename as a hint. not very elegant and i am open to
suggestions on this.

Many many thanks for 0.2, my 4 year old is now numpty-hypnotized on the couch beside me.

I think the most elegant way would be if you did not have to use email at all. The level should just be send to a server in the background. Also it would be nive if it was possible to browse the online library and download / rate levels from within the game.

Ah yes, that was my suggestion. On the extra levels site, how about a link that allows me to download them all at once, rather than each individually?

yes - the email submission and browser based catalog are both fairly noddy but with the single advantage that i don't need to do anything server-side. and not much client-side. it's open source though so i welcome any contributions in this area (notice the spare button on the edit palette?)

i will add support for downloadable collections in a future release. maybe a zip file download will suffice for now??

Yes, I don't mind what format it's in (as long as it doesn't involve the command line), I'm just concerned with having a one-click option.

I've not said it yet (despite having 2 posts of me complaining about something, sorry about that), but killer job on NumptyPhysics. I have it on my N810, and my wife's N800, and we both sit for hours and tinker with it, so a new version with more levels is definitely really appreciated.

I like to look at the tablets from a consumer standpoint, hence my question on the repo and now a 'fear' of the command line. This is definitely one of those apps that I would say should just ship already installed on the tablets, so keep up the great work.

I agree. This should be an included app. Send the man a developer's N900!
