I love that I can have a full web browser in my pocket. At the time I bought it (December) it was the only such device I knew of in the price range of $150. I love that I can listen to internet radio on my bluetooth headphones. I also love how the list of applications is expanding. And I like the screen resolution and rtcom that lets me stay looged in to all my instant message services.

What I love most is that I can carry dozens of books in my pocket. Instant-on internet access comes a close second tho.

I like the screen size and DPI (not resolution); I like the open nature of many of the applications (and the resulting developers who are cool to give feedback to), and the ability to have so much going on in my pocket/hand at one time... yet at the same time remain functional and get things done.

The interesting little programs that spice it up. The beautiful screen. The D-pad and other buttons are for left-handers.

Yeah, for me it's Skype (awesome!), Canola and browsing Wikipedia while sitting on the couch watching TV. Canola has really slowed down my iPod use in the car. I listen to a lot of podcasts, and it's very nice to download over the air. Then, I use the Map program (with license) for navigation from time to time. (How often do you _really_ need to use nav anyway? Maybe a Garmin is better, but a whole device just for that? Unless you're a taxicab driver or a traveling salesman, I guess ... ) For those infrequent occasions, the sort of slow satellite acquisition is no problem at all for me. I do sometimes use it for watching movies. So, for me, it's a deal because I really don't need a full-time nav device & a full-time movie device.

semi-mobile phone using skype. webkit and tear browsing. rss reading. email. i like the 800x480 screen best. it's the main reason i got it, and i'm not dissapointed.
