Yup, just found out.
SWAP - South West Asia Pacific
There's also SEAP
SEAP - South East Asia Pacific
The main difference is in the language packs.
Just my thought, could be they're exporting devices from USA, France, Russia into Asia with their language packs? Hence the swap USA, France etc.
No N900s for Asia..hmm controversy!
