Im waiting out for the long awaited Firmware update. For me it is no individual issue more the number of issues. I doubt you will get them all at once but the number concerns me a little and reminds me of the n97 waaaaaaay to much. I had hoped that the n97 was a blip on what has to be a fairly good track record for Nokia. I have never heard of a phone having as much troubles as the n97 at launch and for returns. This made me worried about the n97. Im hoping the n900 doesn’t no have the same negative effect for whatever n### has Maemo6.

I am pretty sure I have made up my mind to get this phone but I am airing on the side of caution until

1 – Firmware update
2 – More UK carriers pick up the n900

I think i agree with the hardware issues, and also I think the retailers are pissing people off with the price being non-standard, compared to iphone, it makes us wavers and wonders.

However, I just clicked bought from Dell this morning, I think it is a bad decision come to think of that. I always think Amazon is better, but they have no date for delivery and more expensive.

is someone here using the N900 just as a internet tablet and no simcard inside?

Add one more, Dell services really screw up, just cancelled my order.

no need to upgrade for me at this point. ill simply wait for the next generation n9xx
