Don't know what icons you're talking about, but anyways PR1.2 compatible version is now uploaded to extras-devel and should be available in next 30 mins. I'll promote it later to extras-testing.

The new keyboard looks fantastic, thanks for remembering !

(I know there are issues with how the Calendar is hard-coded, but what do you think about *having the text/day entry font in Calendar widget white*.....for extra contrast and legibility ?)

Hmm.. I'm not sure if I got what you ment, but changing anything on calendar widget will change it in everywhere else so it's not a good idea. Calendar widget background is pretty light anyway so white font would be less visible than dark, don't you think?

Hmmmm...not sure if I got what I think you think I meant but will reply later properly with screenshot.

Sitting in stadium in Cape Town waiting for Italy vs Paraguay to start...the vibe (and the noise !) is unbelievable !

See, the font in calendar widget is green on grey...

White font on grey would be more legible.

Seems like you're using 3rd party calendar widget which has wrong (N-Series) background image for calendar. Original widget has light background when using OVI theme.
