Well, I have just the Bounce Demo, Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe, Doom 1...

I played it as a child (on a PC) and was hooked as soon as I tried it on the n900. It doesn't really make use of the touchscreen, though, so you've got to play it with the keyboard.
