Is this a Maemo froum for real !!!!
or is it to recommend new phones NOT running Maemo

Xperia is cool but not worth it. Sony Ericsson isn't going to provide froyo for it. Plus no multitouch , android 1.6 ( maybe upgradeable to 2.1) and the 8 meg pix camera isnt that great. Best thing would be to go for hd2, if you don't like win mobile it's fine, because it has a fully functional froyo port which works great on it, and it supports the cool custom phone widget like the evo, incredible, and desire. I chose n900 over the hd2, I still don't know if it was a mistake or not maybe I'll find out when pr1.3
And nitdroid 0.9 comes out later and oh yeah meego too.
