Very nice framerates now (30+ on 770). I found a trick to reduce stuttering slightly, but requires frameskip of 1-2.

if you have an n800 i'd be curious how this runs

(edit) and if a N800 user could test this i'd be much obliged - it's Tak's fceu with tweaked sound and a higher frameskip. does sound play cleanly?

Install regular (most recent) FCEU onto device, then untar this and execute fceu2 from command-line. Or mv fceu2 /usr/bin/fceu if you want to run from menu.

Thank you verry much! Just played some Rampage and Bubble Bobble, seems to be verry playable (with framskip=1 and no sound on my N800).

Sometimes I wonder why an 1,66 mhz cpu from 1983 performs better that current hardware Still, great application for IT!

just thought to let you guys know that fceu works on n810. A+B buttons would be better suited to be in place of the start and select buttons though. Full speed, no stutter on music. Seemed just perfect for me. No frameskip needed. Anyway, keep up the great work. How's the snes emu going?

Ok i had a lot of fun using fceu so far, but came across a problem yesterday. So i'm playing SMB3 and in this scene :
one has to pickup an enemy using the B button and while holding that button pressed jumping up to that wall and throw the enemy against it. Hoever that means you have to press the A + B button at the same time which is not possible. So currently i'm stuck in this level. Any chance we can have something like a "lock B button function" ? Or an additional mapping of the buttons to hardware keys ? Thanks!

Unfortunately no. You can basicly just drop it and then it will slide until it hits something. I don't think there is a way to get it up there without jumping up with it.

Can't install this on OS2008, libdbus-1-2 is missing. I think we need recompiled package, libdbus-1-3 is available for OS2008.

Yes that works thanks!
(Also i had my hopes up that the sound wouldn't be choppy anymore with OS2008 but it's just as in OS2007)

What good games have people played on an IT with FCEU?
(I'n not too much of a SUperMArio bros. games, and never played many NES games). thanks
FCEU is the main emunlator for ITs right? I am reading that others don't work too well.
