that procedure is risky ,, requires sound knowledge of linux,, u can chnge ur password by writing **** to the config area,, dont bother urself its a risky process,, dnt try unless u know what u r doing ,, ::

hey rajath ...
set the range as 1 as min and Max 10 characters m sure there would be a guess cox it can take a max of 10 characters...that would be in the folder john.ini which is the config file .. might work .. jus try ...

i jus have one last question for the day man .... are u able to make Video calls and if yes how?? i do not get that option at all...when i call some one

thnx for the hlp man will try that.. nd on N900 video calls are only available on google to google nd skype to skype(only on global variants) also u can from msn to msn via amsn messenger ,, till date ther is no video calling for the 3g network on n900 (yeah its a shitty phone i guess,, )

If you can unlock an n900 how could you be stupid enough to steal n900s and sell them for a cheaper price instead of using your knowledge to earn

I highly doubt any average robber all over the world could unlock n900's.

need someone help me..

i bought my n900 as 2nd hand, the default code '12345' is not working.

i tried the code in xTerminal. this is the code..
