Thank you for that. I was begining to think that the Americans I interact with were some form of unusal exception. Most of them are articulate and mentally astute - had a concern there that the OP thought I was deluded!

Did you miss the point about the world outside of the USA? The USA is generally considered a small market compared to the rest of the world.
