That GUI is looking good!

What is the max speed that the GUI allows?

Hi, I'm new here and I'm a total noob at this overclocking stuff. I read the inception instructions from that site. With no luck, I don't understand anything at all at the "Harnessing INCEPTION" section. If anyone could make it clear to me, please help. I'd really appreciate that

- to install Inception, opensh and aegisctl, see the Inception web page and copy the 3 .deb files to some directory and type :
$ devel-su
and type the password (rootme is the default one), go to same directory;
# dpkg -i inception_0.1_armel.deb
# pasiv
confirming with yes;
# incept opensh_1.00_armel.deb
and type the password (rootme is the default one);
# incept aegisctl_1.2_armel.deb
and type the password (rootme is the default one).
I got this error :
Aegis rejecting inception_0.1_armel.deb: Could not open debian archive
aegis is aborting dpkg -- all listed package files rejected
Compilation failed in require

I got that after inserting :
~ # dpkg -i inception_0.1_armel.deb

Hmm have you got the new version inception_0.1.1_armel.deb? You'll need that version instead of 0.1 if your phones fully updated on PR1.2, though if you have the latest version, and judging by the error message you probably do, using the wrong filename is the problem.
You need to type "dpkg -i inception_0.1.1_armel.deb" instead of "dpkg -i inception_0.1_armel.deb", the version changed since those posts.
Also I recommend once you've typed "dpkg -i in", hit the tab key and it'll auto complete the file name.

I know this is probably a noob question, but I can't seem to install opensh

I installed inception, installed the wget utility, and then have tried to install opensh multiple times but get the following error:

Error: certificate common name 'www.endno.de' doesn't match requested host name 'endo.de'. To connect to 'endno.de' insecurely, use '--no-check-certificate'
Unable to establish SSL connection

This is what i've been typing in to terminal:
wget -O opensh_1.00_armel.deb https://endno.de/~itsnotabigtruck/in...1.00_armel.deb

I have also tried putting http:// rather than https:// and that comes up with the same error :/

Or do you mean i just download that directly on to my phone and install it like a normal file?

Did you invoke pasiv?

with opensh you need to download the .deb and drop it in your MyDocs folder.

Assuming that is done

devel-su
rootme
cd /home/user/MyDocs/
/usr/sbin/incept opensh...deb
rootme

it'll install.

Got the same error, just have to do what is wrote : add '--no-check-certificate' at the end of your wget command
