you are free to order it all the time. But according to the last posts. you have best chances with visiting a german nokia store on friday.

nokia.de doesn't ship outside of germany, so you'll have no luck trying to order from hungary...

Witch one? There are lots of nokia shops in Germany.
Has Finnland already delivered N900 to Germany?
Will N900 available over the country or I have to go to the capital?

The N900 hasn't been released in germany yet. Neither from the official Nokia Online Shop, nor from "other" online shop nor from any local retailer. You simply can't get it here.

I talked with two local Nokia stores yesterday and they clearly said they won't have it before end of december. I might call again on friday, but I highly doubt any of them will get a device, maybe a demonstration device for interested customers, but nothing official for sale.

Search for a store near to where you live and send an email directly to them, asking whether or not they received N900 shipments already.
