I installed NITdroid via the autoinstaller, everything went ok, but when I choose NITdroid in the boot menu I get the following message:
"Root filesystem mmcblk1p2 NOT available!"
Previous to install NITdroid I had power-kernel v48 on the phone which boots ok ONLY with the physical keyboard closed. If I choose the kernel (option 2) in the boot menu which shows when the physical keyboard is open, it won't boot.
What could possibly have gone wrong?

Where did you get that message? In multiboot? Or in kernel message?

hmmm... dunno. The multiboot pops up, I choose the option, it loads for a bit longer and then the message is shown.

Multiboot has a white background, kernel message has a black background.

The message is shown in white background after a bit of loading in black background.

Can I use this Autoinstaller if I am installing Nitdroid for the first time on my N900 (i.e never had any versions of Nitdroid installed) ?

but I do not have Nitdroid installed before.. Then can I use Autoinstaller to installed Nitdroid N12 for the first time..
