i never change voltage settings, just cpu set, but its work like a charm at 1,35ghz

Voltage
If you choose a frequency greater than 1100mhz, it will default the voltage up to the max (1375000) for that high frequency only. This is pretty much what happens when you disable smartreflex, except smartreflex being disabled will cause all frequencies to run at increased voltage.
