Edit: You may delete it but from what I understand is that the next time you switch to Android or use the music player in Android you'll face the same issue...So just rename that thumbnails folder to have a "." in front of it to make it hidden...

Yee, I also know this, but I think that only deleting it (every time it is created) resolve the problem, because I think that if I rename it with ". " before, Nitdroid/ANdroid creates another Openfeint folder, together with this one
