Ok great. It sounds like the order tracking is functional even if it does require interpretation. At least now I can tell myself it is not coming until the status tells me so. Thanks for the info, I think I'm calm now.

ok my status on the site says ready for dispatch but email we got says if you got email saying it was ready for dispatch you would get it, i have not had the email so will i get it or not?

Well all's i can say is i hope none of you have the same problems i have had trying to return the dam fone as it's not working you'll get a right run around i deffo won't be using these cowboys again thats for sure
