New deb for testing 
- More fixes in push names function
- Fixes for updating contact status
- Maybe contacts sync works a little better (not sure about that)
- Updated translations (added new ones)
- Minor fixes

I've updated the translation file in transifex again, but it's not finished. So there's no need to translate yet. The new settings panel is not implemented yet. It needs more work.

but i have a question :
you can make the push name option in setting because sometimes people we don't we want to know there number but we can't ?
if you put this option we can turn it on or off when we need it
