1) option to have checkbox enabled on all videos to click for download. that way if there is a series you wish do download that has 10 10 minute segments, you can just check each one from the main search screen and then click download, as opposed to clicking each one individually and then hitting back, and finding the next one.

I will probably add a progress bar or other notification when the player is starting up. This pause only occurs when you first load the window. The 'Playing...' notification is useful when you play a playlist, so you know which video is about to be played.I am trying to solve the rotation problem. The window is set to landscape mode, but it seems that it inherits the auto-rotation from the parent window, so I need to find a way around it.
External player option is not coming back, because I want to make this application eejit-proof.

Remove the resolutions that are unplayable at the Device in the settings is a good idea to avoid confusion. But a small extra Button at the Download Dialog to get the video with a better resolution only for storage would be great.

Downloaded about 18 videos using cutetube. Neither of them worked it said "unable to play video,video format not supported", although a week or two ago, i downloaded a video and it still plays.
An update is available, but haven't updated it yet.

OK. I have re-introduced the option to download higher quality (360p, 480p and 720p). If you download a video using one of these settings, cuteTube will not attempt to play the local file, but will play the stream using the playback quality setting.
Examples:

- Download using 'Mobile' or '480x270': cuteTube will play using the local file.
- Download using '360p', '480p', '720p': cuteTube will ignore the local file and play using the stream as per the playback quality setting.

IIRC somebody wanted this. Here is hack to see 'Most Viewed' of some other region than default,
The above feed is for Japan, hence JP. Find the region you are interested in from here.
