I will never understand this obsession of running (or rather, attempting to run), user programs as root.

Do you think the browser will run faster or what?!

Actually I tried running it as user but failed saying

-/bin//sh: can't cd to /opt/xulrunner/lib/xulrunner-17.0a

/opt/xulrunner/lib/xulrunner-17.0a1

I donno whether I am doing it right or wrong or how to run the programs as User may be without devel-su.....That's why I asked.............tnx again

The top part of 1st post is the new stuff, the stuff quoted with small font was old information. I marked it now with red letters

Now that you installed that old xulrunner, we first need to get rid of it.
Open terminal with enter:

devel-su (enter --> rootme)
apt-get remove xulrunner*

Then download the new installer: link to 2nd development version (from 1st post). After you installed this deb file, you will get an update notification which you should follow. Otherwise go to settings and update application to search for updates manually. The update will install the new version. After that you can start it from the homescreen icon.

Note: icons modified by me, not included in latest installer
Just complete the installations successfully, thanks a lot for the right direction_ I must say its fast, really fast and the UI is simply the best I hv ever used.

New Harmattan build here: http://repo.pub.meego.com//home:/cod....1.1_armel.deb

---------------
Be careful! New versions are single-package. Remove old packages before or use new qmlmozbrowser-installer: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/26659227/ha...-harmattan.deb

Coderus, may I suggest you use system icons that's present in blanco theme, and align the ui with default browser maybe? It's already very usable and I think it might be time to finalise the UI

@bibek no. this is crossplatform ui, not using any platform-depend components or resources.
