Got 32 from App Manager. So far so good, but probably too early to tell. Tried 28, 29, and 30 (never tried 31); all were very problematic, and all exhibited their problems pretty quickly. So even though it's only been a few mins, I'm hopeful the issues have been resolved. Thanks Titan.

I can confirm that maemo32 takes it back on track. Everything works as normal now. Of what it seams anyway.

also tried overclocking from 850mhz to 1.15GHz, clicking QBW buttons to change OC speed while music (media player and canola running but not on same time)

im receiving tons of work e-mail and i never miss them.

played vgba, angry birds and bounce and everything is okay.

i install them through this

download these through xterm and put them in a folder (mmc or mass storage)
-kernel-power_2.6.28-maemo32_armel.deb (1st)
-kernel-power-modules_2.6.28-maemo32_armel.deb (2nd)
-kernel-power-flasher_2.6.28-maemo32_armel.deb (3rd)

then

-run xterm
-sudo gainroot
-dpkg -i location/of/file (intsall them the consecutively as shown above)

if this is too hard for you:

-run xterm
-sudo gainroot
-apt-get update

a notification on you status bar should appear, or click "update" on your HAM+

UPDATE: I can now confirm that v32 is operational, i can do everything in terms of overclocking as normal as in v27. no restarts, app crashes and sound is enabled.....(currently using media player)

clock, canola etc apps that needs sounds are stable, boot video is back, vibrations enabled.

thanks titan.

So basically there is no big difference between v27 and v32? Only OABI to execute old binaries and MMC bouncing?
(Whatever this all is, I think I don't need this)
Is there somewhere a changelog?

Gabby, have you tried using camera and and video record?? If so, how do they perform?? Everything so far sound very promising...

in ULV, XLV, IDEAL, LV and starving settings, recording a video makes the camera crashes instantly which is i believe normal due to low voltages. i usually switch back to default settings, or "reboot" to make video recording operational.

v32 works ok but I can't seem to lower clock speed only increase is possible.
I wonder if I do something wrong :
sudo gainroot
echo xxxxxxxx > /sys........cpu0/scaling_max_freq
if I can increase I should also be able to decrease...
