Nokia 1108 -> Sony Ericsson w200 -> N900

Nokia 6230, N95 of its day, best at everything had a 1gig card (6 albums!) girls were impressed :P
Nokia 6680, Wanted Symbian my first smart phone, had gba games on it
Nokia 6280, VGA video recording was very good and sexy upgraded to 2gb card
Nokia E65, Realized the 6280 was slow and a feature phone, also wanted wlan. nice elegant styling.
Nokia E66, natural evolution of E65, added gps and camera/flash. also much faster, overall improvement also added 16gb card.
Nokia N900 wanted a bigger screen and something to thinker with, not sure yet whats makes it special because I don't have it yet, but next week it will come! 48gb of storage
