Didn't have time to look at the issue these days.
Freemangordon, somebody explained IIRC in an old thread regarding video stuttering some things about DSP cache / bus bandwidth. Especially around post #83...

Maybe is due to KP49. before KP45 smartreflex give me reboots but after KP45 works ok under 800MHZ.
Check if works on other profiles.

And it isn't overheating,it is the watchdog that kicks in, same as when decompressing easy debian image. Today I will try to find a time to upload a new script which will setup i/o scheduler in such a way, that no reboot to occur. In the meantime - did you copy/paste the commands from EDIT section before executing the script?
yeah it still rebooted. i might try it in R&D mode. At the moment it has extracted nothing to the root folder so basically its backed up my original files and replaced them with nothing i think. Its the only way to explain my files saying error has occurred when playing

Everything is ok without the 720p mod while running KP49. I have no clue why the 720p mod requires much higher voltages compared to a stock dsp to play the same movie (not 720p).

patlak, why all the fuzz? Just check it *without* any undervolting. If it works, it's undervolting fault, and we can probably guess why it worked before on such voltage. If it won't work even on high voltages, it's something else. Better to filter out as many variants as possible

BTW, freemangordon, is there any way to overclock (or de-underclock ) memory?

When we do that, we should go after the GPU next

@freemangordon

With increased voltages after 2 hours of testing.

Code:

[30142.447174] ***** DSPMMU FAULT ***** faultAddr 0x20ece140
[30142.447204] WMD_DEH_Notify: ********** DEVICE EXCEPTION **********
[30142.447204] WMD_DEH_Notify: DSP_MMUFAULT,errInfo = 0x0
[30142.447235] WMD_DEH_Notify: DSP_MMUFAULT, High Address = 0x20ec
[30142.447235] WMD_DEH_Notify: DSP_MMUFAULT, Low Address = 0xe140
