If I remember rightly, we in the USA were, by no means, the last to get N900 updates. I seem to recall the UK having more problems (delays) with at least one of the PR 1.? updates.

I imagine my Danish N9 will get updates as and when other Danish ones do.

Pretty much right. I've been doing the update dance with Nokia in the USA for a long time. Ended up flashing my 5800 to some other kind of region (whatever fell in the RM-428 line) to get updates.
I think my N9 was flashed to the global image in order to get PR 1.3 quicker as well.

Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Ignore my rant here... but it belonged nowhere else but here.

So since Friday, my N9 has been in NY with a person that came in from Dubai. They just now called me and said that they will be traveling again very soon (tomorrow afternoon) and wanted to schedule a pickup.

No call/answers on Friday. No call all day on Saturday. Now. On Saturday ****ing night... I get a call. It's gonna have to be left at the concierge desk, picked up via FedEx on Monday and hopefully it will not disappear before pickup.

Seriously?

This damn phone does not want to be in my hands.

Elop needs to fit into this conspiracy somehow.

thinking about ordering from them, and the gentlemen I called there claims they have them in stock. Still really want the 64GB version, but if I have to I will jump on their 16GB.

Elop used to work for Macromedia, who got bought by Adobe; FedEx as well as the people that make Smirnoff vodka uses Adobe PostScript capable printers and thus it all goes back to Elop and thus the delays in me receiving my Nokia N9.

Bam
