The blurred photo or posting details is already a very nice way of loosing a job if one is Nokia employee, unless you have been instructed to do it.
Given the stakes Nokia is facing now, I would expect them to tighten control on "leaks".
In case of outsiders who somehow got/stole (I am merely, stating possibilities) a phone, you simply receive lawer's letter.
