i updated yappari 1.0.37 and its asking me for a new registration..plz help

pls iv not been able to use my Yappari because its telling me registration failed,pls i need your help....

Error 4 is a Connection Timeout error. Typically your mobile provider is banned from WhatsApp (or your whole country is banned).

Try from a terminal a ping to v.whatsapp.net or sro.whatsapp.net, if it doesn't reply then you can't reach the WhatsApp servers from your phone.

If it does reply then I don't know what can be wrong, maybe registration is down at the moment or something.

EDIT: What do you mean with RE-register your number? WhatsApp bans for that.

yes, you are right, scorpius. I can't ping those address. But, when i used another simcard from same provider, it can connect to whatsapp.

Buenos dias He detectado estos dias que tengo un consumo de datos de internet anormal. He entrado a mi factura y he visto que mi telefono movil se baja datos repetitivos de 5119 Kbs en diferentes horas del dia. No se de donde se bajan estos datos, pero curiosamente es la medida de yappari. Yappari lo tengo instalado ya desde las primeras versiones y ahora con la última versión y funciona sin problemas, únicamente los que han ido pasando y que scorpius ha ido solucionando. Con este mensaje solo pretendo que controleis que no os pase lo mismo que a mi. He vuelto a reinstalar el yappari hoy mismo y estaré controlando para ver si sigo teniendo el mismo problema. Parece que sea absurdo lo que expongo pero me está pasando desde la instalación del 1.0.37. Gracias port todo y felicitarte por tu trabajo y horas de dedicacion, Scorpius.

I don't know where from this information download, but curiously it is the measurement of yappari 1.0.37. Yappari I have it installed already from the first versions and now with the last version and it works without problems. With this message I only pretend that you control that it does not happen to you. I have returned to reinstall the yappari today and I will be controlling to see if I continue having the same problem. Go to Menu -> Network Usage and check in what kind of data you're getting high consumption.

I don't get more than 2 MB a month. Maybe your contacts change profile pictures way too often.

This a good app and because of multitask much better than the original Whatsapp but the network data usage counter resets after every reboot.

That doesn't happen to me. Looks like you have a permissions problem in the /home/user/.yappari directory.

Try from terminal as root: chown -R user:users /home/user/.yappari
