I don't see why they would care for a store sure those things may boost interest for the consumer meaning BMW would be interested too but I'm fairly sure that's just you listing things you'd like to see or are you just listing Iphone features? BMW are already a partner meaning that they are already interested in MeeGo. All you need to see is the install base. I doubt BMW set a criteria like that; whether there is a store or how good a certain feature is-is somewhat but not completely irrelevant to them.
Maemo has a solid media player one of the best I've seen, though its music player may need some work, also MeeGo on more than one device is a no brainer and that has already begun. I personally would have thought things like turn by turn navigation would be high up there if BMW cared for specific features not whether there is a store or how the media player is not the best around but still capable.
