To snap means that basically a person will go instantly crazy, their sanity snapped from typical sane to a whole new level of insanity.

Like already said it's some imrovement to Symbians OVI services or some added feature.
Those who think they are showing a new device are fooling themself. This thing is not in Nokias press or event page, but the Nokia World have been the frst news in Nokia event page for over a month already and there's still 2 months for the event. Just a hint for those who are waiting for some high end hardware from Nokia.
