can I ask how to install the above patch? xterminal says its not a recognised installation file?

Also I have searched everywhere but cant find a definate answer as to if there is or will be a combined multi desktop and a Two-column and single-column task switcher hildon desktop??

Patches are for source code. Basically, what it does it tells special program to modify source code files in certain places. And then you need to compile the modified source-code into a .deb package. But you don't really need to care about this. Check page page 2 of this topic, ppl posted .debs there.

and how do i delete this again ?? if i dont like it ?

the reason is because if i minimize 1 app the app goes to the left side of the screen.. cant some one fix that.. that if you minimize 1 app that it goes to the center of the screen ?

You just load your game "Life" back to sitsuation where you thought that you knew what were you doing and rethink twice.

Or maybe you can just apt get install package from default repository.

lol i know what it does.. but just in case i thought maybe that some one could upload the original hildon-dekstop into deb format or something..

so i dont need to load my game 'life' into that situation .. its just the most normallest question ever

Upload here?
Just use apt get from xterm with root.
http://maemo.org/packages/view/hildon-desktop/
