Bug 10674 "Settings > My Nokia crashes the Settings Application" is shown as fixed in this update.

flash means reset of whole mobile right?n i cant find the r8 1 for n900 so any direct links,sory bs am a new user so totally confused n didnt expect such thngs

Backup all files that are important for you. There is a way to update without resetting everything (over-the-air, downloading updates through Internet in Hildon App Manager), but it's too fragile and might cause minor problems.
Make sure battery is charged, at least 90%, better 100%.
