Ok, I finally received my Dualshock3.
I can't get this thing to work... I got through all the steps, except manual re-mapping, but the gamepad doesn't want to pair with the N900.
What I do and what I see :
- I run sixpair with the BT address of my N900 ( ./sixpair EC:9B:... )
- Current Bluetooth master: 00:00:00:00:00:00
Setting master bd_addr to ec:9b:...
- I turn on the BT on my N900, visible : yes, device's name : Nokia N900
- bluetooth icon appears (white)
- I press PS button of the gamepad after unplugging it, and I wait to see what happens :
- 4 gamepad leds begin to flash, 5 seconds later BT icon turns blue, 25 seconds later the 4 leds stop blinking and are all off, 20 seconds later the BT icon turns white.
Interesting thing (or not ?) :
when I run sixpair more than once without unplugging the gamepad, it shows "Current Bluetooth master: ec:9b:..." after the 1st time, but if I just unplug the gamepad after pairing and replug it, when I run sixpair again it is back to "Current Bluetooth master: 00:00:00:00:00:00"
any idea ? Is it my gamepad which is broken (doesn't seem to keep a "bluetooth master" when unplugged), or is it something I missed ?
PS : my DisablePlugins line in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf looks like that :
DisablePlugins = network,input,hal
