Hmmm, mine did but not anymore... to be precise, blocked SMS's are captured by Firewall Pro & notified... but turn up in the regular list as well... I only installed the very early version of FasterN9 and uninstalled that recently... then Firewall Pro started to have an issue...

Otherwise it's superb program.

PS: I don't have any problems with profilematic.
I had to remove FasterN9 because of this problem.

I hope a new release solves it.

I'm not sure if this issue was already reported (this thread grew a lot). I have an issue with the e-mail client after using the latest FasterN9 package. It stops checking mail after some period of inactivity (when I leave the phone for the night for example and the client enters the off-peak mode). Afterwards, it just doesn't check e-mail (unless manually triggered), and I need to reboot to restore it.

I think I have had this problem, but it didn't seem to be related to Faster N9.

I doubt this has anything to do with FasterN9 (I'm using FasterN9 0.9.3 together with ProfileMatic without problems). Sounds more likely to be either a bug in ProfileMatic, or the rules you've made to ProfileMatic cause bad behaviour.

What condition you had put to ProfileMatic to switch Power saving on/off? If you had used WLAN as condition for changing Power Saving mode, that's asking for trouble (ProfileMatic should warn about that, again a bug if it didn't).

Hi y'all,

So after using 0.9.4 for a week, here are my feedback:

The good stuff
- majority of the animations are still silky smooth
- noticeably less energy consumption than 0.9.3. (I don't have use Facebook app and I turned off Whazapp majority of the time)

The not so good
- Before I installed FasterN9, I can stream internet radio through Firefox w/o any problem. But the with 0.9.4 installed, the interruption of the stream occurs very often. The music stops to a crawl especially when I scroll through the notification home screen. This might be a very specific use case, but I do hope you guys can look into it.
- There is a noticeable start up lag after long period of idling, but it eventually disappears after 5 secs. Ex. checking the phone in the morning after I get out of bed.
- I'm not sure if the FasterN9 is remedying this, but the default Twitter app is still very finicky, and it becomes quite unresponsive at times.
- The core applications have very good boot up speed, while other apps takes over 1 sec to 2 sec to start. The scientific calculator app is a notorious example in my book, even Firefox boots faster than the calculator. The calculator takes almost 2 secs to start. Again I'm not sure if FasterN9 remedies this, if not no worries.

That's all for now. Hope to see an update soon! And big thanks to the developers again.

if you are using your phone the fastern9 works perfect if dont use it about 2 hours and the phone is stand by when you try to open an aplication 50% to get an error or frezing or slow opening

just to confirm that FasterN9 0.9.4 in combination with Firewall+ Pro doesn't work as it should... one call has been properly filtered, one not... messages haven't been filtered (logged inside the app, but still sound notifications and mesages came as of normal message)...
