Umm.... So I went ahead and called Amazon.com. If you pre-ordered and did not ask for a price change, you might want to call and get it changed now if the price is lower than when you ordered. They said unfortunately I would not get the $529.99 price even though I told them the exact date it changed, but they did change it to the $549.99 price. Sigh... So much for relying on some people's information that it would change when it is shipped.

did amazon not charge you the lower price that it's selling for right now? i thought they was a pre order price guarantee.
