My N900 is currently running at 1.1GHz alredy. (for over a year now)
I sure hope 2011 future distruption device has a better CPU than mine.
It's one of those moments.. My friend will ask what cpu is in my new N9.
I'll say it's single core 1GHz and he'll laugh saying his SGS2 kicks butt.
haha. N9 better multitask well at least so I can show that off. =p

For now there is not much that shows the consumer device is better. Only display is better. But on on a 4 inch display the resolution difference is not much noticeable I think, it's more for bragging rights.
I rather have the N8 camera module and hwk instead of all the other features the consumer model has. I don't think the consumer device has anything that can compensate the lack of hwk and N8 camera.
I still hope there will be a way to get the developer device.
How do you get into the developer program wherein the developer devices are doled out?

i hope hes carrying a final build, but if i entertain that idea, i MUST entertain that its may not be complete either. gerbick is saying the same thing i said weeks before ... i changed my tone because the N9 information thread got absorbed into this thread by the mods. you can personally thank them for my current temperament.
i care about the truth, it has not been presented accurately in this thread. i called for patience, no one wants to be patient. i called for another thread to discuss a "separate" device, it got canned. so no, calling me immature is not fair, merely because i use censored language. nothing ive done works, so ****it ... this is the shady youve earned in this thread.

Both devices will be based on the same OMAP3630(?), they will get the same SSU releases and they will be pretty much identical except for the slide out keyboard. Don't get your hopes up too much guys about some super powered beast of a device. Just expect to be pleasantly surprised with the fluidity of the UI and all the wonderful integration. And the fact that with it being a major Qt platform along with Symbian.
