otherwise u can try Schturman backup in post 372, if not then just reflash the phone but don't flash the EMMC so u can keep all ur media file

it`d be nice to flash again but PR1.2 has vanished from NaviFirm...

what command are you using to just flash without emmc?

i use -F filename.bin -f

damn it...
I deleted all accounts, reset the device to original settings, added them again and it`s still the same...
I can even chat on GTalk but once I open Mail app it wants me to set up new mail, it`s empty...

I guess it`s time to visit Nokia Care tmrw for the first time...

Try to reflash with this command:
Code:
Flasher -f -F rootFS.bin -F EMMC.bin -R
rootFS.bin = your rootfs image
EMMC.bin = your emmc image

This will completely reflash your phone and you will get like a new phone from the store...

i usewinscp quitea bit, however cannot get it to enter add root either to write this folder.

Any ideas?

i just figured out that if you have netview on your device, you can use your computers kb to enter root on the terminal!

i just replaced the usr folder and now am rebooting. will update...


EDIT: it works..and i tried to restore to defaults as i created a backup from the n9 tweak...but still did not reinstall kb's. :/

at least we know that you can use the kb from a pc to enter codes...just no sms/mms/or searching etc until i get it fixed.

there has to be some way to wget or something and reinstall the kb's.... anyone think of a install --reinstall command?
