this info comes from the point of engineering such a device

it was you who told the device is slim <1cm. so there were no place for a microsd slot, a 12MP AF module and this indicates that they must have used a micro-sim module

Just take a look at SGS2 disassemble. And the Harmattan phone is just 4" and not 4,3"

no microSD ?? it must come with SDXC slot then. Otherwise the builtin storage must be more than 32GB, N900 has 32GB + microSD slot if I remember correctly.

Okay. I have now seen how the N9/U consumer device looks like. (thanks to K123)
As zehjotkah pointed out, it looks quite similar to that linked concept design. (but without the home button)
All I can say is that it really looks sleek yet is very much "Nokia" in terms of looks. I like it!

I've described how it looks like on my site:

In German though.

While I am still very excited about the N9/Ion/U/KITT2000 or whatever the frack it's going to be called, I still just wanna say that my N900 rocks. If it turns out that the new Nokia baby is all hype-no trousers, then at least we've still got the N900, which IMHO is still the best device I've ever owned. Period. And I don't usually end my sentences with, 'period'. So I mean it.
