It doesn't work for me without the /usr/sbin/...
In xterm:
~ $ kernel-config load ideal
-sh: kernel-config: not found
but with the /usr/sbin/* infront it loads
|

sorry Dousan forgot to mention you need to be in root.
Type sudo gainrout and then kernel-config load ideal.
