I have used only official repos and still there was problems. I could not update OTA and it asked me to update via PC.

I finally upgraded using methods posted earlier to this thread. First move caches:
mv /var/cache/apt /home/user/.apt-cache
ln -s /home/user/.apt-cache /var/cache/apt

Then upgrade:
apt-get install mp-fremantle-generic-pr

If you use this method, read first the whole thread....
