I can't install Driver nor Monopoly. I know a workaround exists using deb files, but it's a bit tricky for me (especially because I have an azerty keyboard, I doubt the keyboard scripts will work for azerty) and I would like to know whether it is planned to fix them within WebOS Games Manager. For now they are listed as compatible but they are not. Thanks in advance.

Monopoly works fine. I've been playing it for ... well, as soon as the app was out. Also, mine wasn't a deb, but an IPK, IIRC. Used automatic installation provided, painless.

try to tap several times it happens to me too I have to tap maybe 10 or 20 times, it's the same in the menu.

Thanks. Using an older version of the .ipk, I managed to install the game un WebOS Games Manager. But it crashed at launch, so I used a .deb file and now it is working fine.

By the way, it would be nice if Driver would be "natively" working with the .ipk in WebOS Games Manager. I installed the .deb version but I have black glitches on the screen, even using the driver.ini documented in the wiki. Yes, libgles1 and 2 are installed. I don't know where is the problem. It is too bad as Driver was one of the games which attracted me to this topic! :'[

Another question: is there a simple way to tell to WebOS Games Manager that I have an Azerty keyboard instead of a Qwerty one? I would like to remap the keys for playing with keyboard because with default values it is unplayable (I don't even find all game commands with the azerty keyboard), but I have no idea how to do that. Thanks in advance.

How can I install this .sh file in my installed .deb Family Guy game?

I tried:

/home/user/MyDocs$ sh famguy.sh

and got:

just a little idea:
today i did reset my n900 to factory settings
and the icons of all games installed with wgames disappeared.
so i opened wgames and the games are still there!
just like ngage.

so my idea would be to implent an option that disables the app from creating an icon for the game.
why could be this useful?
less apps in menu, all games in one place like ngage.
and a better ui for the app like the ngage ui.
then we would have the maemo version of ngage.

That was exactly my idea when i first opened wgames. I thought of a 3rd button in the main menu for games so there is "Games", "Install/Uninstall" "Manages Saves". The Games menu contains a list of the games that are already installed and preselects the last one started.

no... screw that. I just had a better idea: wgames should already start with the list of games that are already installed and preselect the last one... that way users can start off gaming much faster. the install/uninstall and edit saves buttons should simply be placed inside the drop down menu... guess that would be perfect.

now thats a good idea?
i hope it will be done.
