Nokia is not releasing PR 1.2 until Apple release their next iPhone. Nokia doesn't want Apple to copy new options in PR 1.2.
Nokia will release PR 1.2 the day apple release their new version of iPhone.

I think Nokia is being extra careful in this case and they're not only waiting for the iPhone 4... but they might wait all the way until the Palm Pre's rebirth (by hp).

Why will Nokia wait for iPhone4?
Everyone knows what's inside PR1.2. They publish it and sayd it's frozen. They're only correcting fixes.
