Well i cud manage to get this after following thedead1440.
First i installed coderus un-rest. sys ui, (T-3-1-[1-inception])
then (0-zero) enter
then 3 enter(widgets)
then 6 enter (battery %)
if you want to try above, then i would suggest u to uninstall all tweak-T first and then redo above

permissions in the folder, I didn't do any changes whatsoever yet wget worked flawlessly:

Code:
~# ls -l /opt/N9QTweak/SYS/
total 2096
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root root 1306680 Oct 29 09:44 bash_4.1-3+maemo6+0m6_armel.deb
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root root 209174 Oct 29 09:44 unzip_6.0-5_armel.deb
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root root 622374 Oct 29 09:44 wget_1.10.2-2osso3_armel.deb

It's simple, because you have Open Mode , but when the day before I flashed I didn't installed Open Mode Kernel or Inception, for now , because for tests need also user without that method of rooting.

In the morning I will try to uninstall N9QTweak and wget and then reinstall bot of them again.

Oh I thought from Schturman's earlier posts he had no issues with it and was thinking Open Mode is the cause for errors but you clarified to him you don't have Open Mode currently...

So I confirm Open Mode no problems and Schturman no problems...Now you need to get this right otherwise i'm sending in the ghost-busters to see which zombies are in your device

Thedead1440, you are not alone, also Craig_Mabbitt don't have any errors with wget from N9QT..
Maybe it need to be or open mode or inception ?
That mean package its ok and i don't need to change anything for packages inside the N9QT...

death_jax, do you tried reinstall and what the result? Try also with inception please.

death_jax, Coderus told me the problem can be because you don't run apt-get update a long time. Try this before reinstallation, after this uninstall wget and try to install via N9QT.
Thanks

Obviously I meant that Open Mode must be installed, and now I haven't installed it.
In fact, the day before, before flashing, when I installed Open Mode there wasn't wget error

Thanks
Now I try, but why I can install package downloaded from myself also without doing apt-get update before?
In fact after doing apt-get update, there was the same error for wget.
