Apt-get doesn't delete apps. App manager is just a GUI for apt. I think the command is on wiki page, but here it is:

apt-get install mp-fremantle-XXX-pr (XXX can be generic for worldwide, 002 for US, I think 203 is for UK)

Oh btw, the "EASTER EGG", hidden in the browser that was mentioned by maemo staff at an earlier time, is that the portrait mode for the Browser or are we missing something?...

Yes, this has been confirmed by Peter Schneider:

The PR1.1 Easter egg: #N900 PR1.1 features portrait web viewing. But not all browsing features yet.

mr0 is the global generic firmware, 203 is the UK variant. What the actual differences are I don't know.

3 Uk sim card still rejected.... is anyone also experiencing this ? sooo disappointed...

just tried to install the new maemo 5 update on my N900, and it has come up with not enough memory in target location. any ideas how i rectify this?
