Duh! Do you think people outside India (and Pak) would know Hindi? Do you think TMO is an Indian site? How many people from the 311,000,000 you mentioned are non-Indians?

I think Jitendra might have put it just as a joke.Though I dont agree with him saying that this is the toughest language to learn.
BTW,Hindi cannot be read by Pakistanis as their script is different.

thank you juiceme to answering in hindi.
every language that is not your mother language is hard to learn.
but the grammer and pronounciation make it more difficult.
so i think hindi is very hard. but thats only my opinion.
thanks and pls close this language conversation.
