yes. Step 1 2 and 3 yes , but what do you mean in 4 ?

Which repositories you have activated (do you activated something from tweak II) ?
If no, did you tried another network (wifi or 3G) ?

Version 9.5.2 repackaged and reuploaded ! For those who already installed 9.5.2, redownload and reinstall it.
Changes: fix for this problem...

no i don't have anything from tweak II . .. I didn't try another network but i don't thing the network is tge problem

so what is the ptoblem know ??

Rabah_vip,

Open terminal and as root type:
Code:
apt-get clean
Then open N9QT and repeat the procedure from the first step...
