I know how to fix your reboot loop problem but I will only tell you if you admit to being a dumbass for downloading a non-final version and then coming here crying for help.
I had the reboot problem before too, and there is a trick.

Nah, people need to eat a little humble pie once in a while. Rushing out to dive headlong into something they don't fully understand, then want the rest of us to bail them out.
If they admit they're a dumbass, I will help.
Otherwise they can let the battery drain to zero and be permanantly screwed.
