Swiss Nokia N9 Cyan 16 GB - not getting the update (AGAIN!).

Does anybody have an idea why Swiss phones never get any OTA updates?

Nokia care said my provider (o2 Germany) was blocking the update, but there's still no OTA update when I remove the SIM card.
Also, a friend of mine got an Austrian modell which always receives all updates with the same provider.

I've got PR1.1 in January (!) via NSU because I couldn't wait for the OTA update any longer...

Just change the product code to an unbranded one. I had to do this with mine N9 and now OTA is perfectly working.

Update has been stuck at 91% for 30 mins. Animation is going and lock screen is working and I don't know if I should be worried or not...

reading phone info error
1. Connect you Phone with the USB cable
2. Now open NSS, scan the new device
3. Choose “phone info" after that select "read"
4. You can now see what your phone product code is.
5. At this moment you must modify the power mode to local
6. Your handset will restart in local mode,
7. Select enable the product code and write a new product code over there then click the "write" option .
8. Set power mode to normal once more and hit "read"

Does anyone know if the text selection has changed in this update, and how well copy & paste works? I really like the old hold-to-magnify method and would miss that if it were gone.

Thanks!
