They still have a tenth of a million employees they need to fire, we can expect to see a lot of changes in organization and shifting of values into new/different entities. And employees in the opposite direction.

they do that to reduce cost. No reason to get all funky about it speculating like an old grandmother. The 920 is too big, the 820 is too ordinary. It doesn't look good for the Lumias. Luckily Nokia have the Ashas. Still, the 920 is really tempting, and it will sell OK, but far from spectacular like the iPhone.

Way to spread misinformation. Nokia did not sell its HQ. However, it's considering the possibility of selling it.

The NFP is going to take over the running of this site anyway in the new year...

Also its a nice form of censorship to reduce support from those who disagree with you and had paid you money to buy your products...

Sometimes I wonder whether you really are just one of those who really wishes for Nokia to succeed or are nothing but a glorified troll...

This site and Nokia has already declared a intent of parting, troll. And many of us used this site before Nokia even had a role here, though it used the original site name at that time.

@lumiaman, Now you are becoming repetitive, I haven't seen anyone on here even vaguely showing themselves as a Nokia hater. On the contrary the only person I see stating that is you.

I am sure everyone here on this Maemo forum only wishes Nokia to succeed but since Nokia has turned its back on Maemo supporters like myself then I have absolutely no idea why you still remain here?

I see you as nothing more than a vaguely amusing distraction from an otherwise fairly reasonable discussion about Maemo's former companies missteps as reflected in the share price as they flounder in the Microsoft mire.

I came up with a plan thats 100% sure way of make profit with Nokia stock.

Requirements for making sure profit with Nokia stock:
1. Live in the metropolitan Helsinki area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa or Kauniainen)
2. Use public transport regularily enough to have weekly/monthly public transport card anyway. Alternatively for car owners, your daily work drive goes past Nokia HQ
3. Being a coffee drinker.

How my swindle works:

A. Shareholders who go to the annual shareholder meeting get free cup of coffee and a piece of cake/cookie/bun/etc.
B. Cup of coffee in Helsinki metro area 2-5€.
C. Price of cookie/pie/whatever with your coffee another 2-5€
D. Nokia stock about 2.2€/piece.

So for 2.2€ investment you are guaranteed to receive value worth of 4-10€. And thats not even counting in the annual dividend, which was worth 0,2€ per share this year. Free money.

If you are looking for savings, cut the fat as much as you can. If you are desperate for money companies won't even buy coffee cups. And for the assertions that this site is unbiased ....LOL....I have been banned for sneezing here.
