Base and Blanco themes should be without dot..
Extract this two folders to /usr/share/themes and if you can access to MeeGo, use tool like Theme changer to switch back to blanco theme..

Garp,
Simply copy over the base and blanco folders; allow over-writes and you are done... Why is it so complicated?

Strange thing searching in /usr/share/themes a folder pops-up which I can't see .blanco which is not the same as blanco?
