Take a look at the new prototypes of nokia, don't know the specs yet, but looking promising. No problems with updates i hope.

Nokia are a business and have chosen a path of using the OSS community phenomenon to reduce their overheads specifically after sales support and development. Unlike Apple who do the opposite and make a killing from their Applications store.

I can just imagine the call to nokia support!

customer : My phone seems to be bricked.
Support : have you tried removing the bettery?
Customer : there is no battery.
Support : Please take it in to your nearest care point! It'll take forever for an update to come out to fix it!

well the new devices are modulair, if you combine four of them together you will have a nokia tablet.
