You already have installed them from the developer mode menu so you are trying to upgrade to those from Rzr's repo which are from unknown origin hence its failing... Either you leave it as it is or uninstall the stock ones and then install from Rzr's repo...

Simply apt-get purge nano wget x11-utils then apt-get install them; they will be installed from Rzr's repo automatically
If those from Rzr's repo don't get downloaded you can download them directly from here...
