Place the psnpayload.bin in root
Open PSFreedom and select the PL3 Mode
Open Terminal and in root type: cat psnpayload.bin > /proc/psfreedom/payload
Done, Jailbreak your PS3

okay i've tried it but the Led didn't change to green and the ps3 did not jailbreak, reason i don't know, I usually jailbreak using Jailbreak Hermes Mode.

wat seems to be the problem now?

Took me 3 times to get it working, be sure you are typing the command right.

does it mention anything when the command is typed correctly?
it just drops to a new empty command line, it doesn't mention if it failed or not, and isn't the LED suppose to turn green??? thanks bro

Mine turn green one time but didn't work.. i turn off the ps3 and did the process again with the LED still in green and it work.. Try renaming the file to psn_payload.bin and put it in the root and in the opt\psfreedom\payload folder and use the command Pillum put in his post: "cat psn_payload.bin > /proc/psfreedom/payload".

Also be sure your typing the command with the PSFreedom GUI open and the PL3 Mode selected. The command will show no output.

Works. I am on PSN while running 3.41.

But it won't let me play my Backed up games? I can open up Open Manager, but not run the games in there?

Any ideas?
